The 5th Color’s Poster Collection
The 5th Color has gathered a collection of contemporary Iranian posters with the main purpose of showing the process of poster design in Iran; we would also like to exhibit these posters around the world if possible. In future with the collaboration of the Zurich Poster Collection and Ralph Schraivogel these works will be shown in Zurich. Ralph Schraivogel is a Swiss designer who has won the first prize in the 9th Tehran International Poster Biennial 2007 and is helping the 5th Color on organizing the exhibition.
A selection of 80 posters from this collection will also be on show in Geneva under the title “Un cri persan-4”. Alain Le Quernec will managing the exhibition; he is the first designer who introduced Iranian graphic design to the world in Echirolles, 2002.
The posters have all been designed in the last 4 years they represent different generations of Iranian designers. A selection of these works can be viewed on 5th color website, only the contributors have access to this page, they can log in with their username and password.
To update the collection we ask all the contributors to send us
their new printed posters.
